Renew and revitalize your older wood flooring with professional sanding and refinishing. Custom stain colors and finishes (oil modified and water borne) are available in gloss, semi gloss and satin.

Staircases:
Refinishing your staircase is a great way to instantly update your home.  If existing treads are Oak or other hardwood species, they can be sanded, stained and coated with polyurethane. If carpeted, carpet is removed, new treads are installed over standard builders' tread. Treads can range from ¾” solid to 3/8” engineered to laminates. All treads include bull-nosing.  Risers can be of the same material or other options include a gloss white.
